  Too bad. You can be in the wrong place at the wrong time. all it takes is a decision to evacuate to the hall. My congregation was the only one in the city to keep meeting. All it would have taken was one carrier showing up. The special cleaning was slipshod. Every group can fall into a trap, not just JWs.

  About a month behind the local authorities' recommendation. Things are loosening, the infection rate and mode is still a big question.

  If you need help go to the world!! the local food help is a coordinated thing of the gov. , salvation army, LDS, and some other charities. Wonder if I can get on tv standing in line at the LDS stake.

  If I ever had a chance I would become a slacker pew protestant of some sort. The kind of person who doesnt go, but holds the common practices. Sing hymns, xmas, haloween, have an obscure past. It wouldnt work, we carry too much baggage even without family.

  Had one come in once. Moved a thousand miles, came in where he thought no one would know him, and his dad and my dad were old friends from the 40s. I busted him. I dont feel bad as he seemed to be an arrogant jerk.

  hello, i was hoping to get some clarification about how people are disciplined for immorality as a jw.

  i became involved with a co-worker a few years ago, she was fairly aggressive and she initiated a physical relationship very quickly.

  at the time i did not know she was married and a jw.

  Unless you are into kinky the marks are a red flag. Or she has been beaten up. There is no future there. It may have been fun while it lasted but get out

  There was a letter sent out to us detailing how to spend time in your room. Remote work, watch videos( guess which ones), study, sing, oreoare meals

  No mention of watching tv, surfing the web, or jacking off

  Do Jw's Dress up in meeting clothes for Zoom meetings?

  i am just curious if anyone knows whether the "friends" still are required to wear "meeting clothes" for attending meetings through zoom?

  such emphasis on dressing in a godly manner over the decades, would be interesting if some attend in pajamas or their work clothes, no makeup, etc....
